Vacuum glass

The principle of vacuum glass production is the same as that of glass thermos bottle. When two pieces of flat glass are sealed around, the gap is pumped into vacuum and the exhaust holes are sealed. The gap between the two pieces of glass is 0.1 to 10.2 mm. Generally, at least one piece of vacuum glass is low radiation glass, so as to achieve the lowest heat dissipation through the transmission, convection and radiation of vacuum glass. The interior of vacuum glass is in a vacuum state, which is not affected by ambient pressure, and is suitable for various altitudes. At the same time, vacuum glass can keep its excellent performance unchanged in all positions of buildings, including elevation, inclined plane and roof. There is no problem of performance degradation caused by gas convection when hollow glass is laid flat.

Low carbon energy saving
Vacuum glass relies on the special structure of vacuum layer to effectively block the heat transfer between indoor and outdoor. The heat transfer coefficient u is below 0.6w/mZ.K and can be as low as 0.3W/mZ.K. It is similar to the wall. It can significantly reduce air conditioning power consumption and emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases, reduce environmental pollution, and meet the demands of the new era of energy-saving and environmental protection production.

Thermal insulation
Choosing the vacuum glass with proper shading coefficient can effectively control the heat gain of the sun and keep the indoor cool in summer. In winter, when the outdoor temperature is 120 C, the inner surface temperature of the vacuum glass is only 3-15 C lower than the indoor air temperature, which can keep the indoor warm and comfortable, and significantly reduce the loss of heat energy.

Sound insulation and noise reduction
With the density of urban population and the increase of transportation means, noise pollution is becoming more and more serious, which directly harms people. Vacuum layer of vacuum glass can effectively block the transmission of noise, especially for the medium and low frequencies with strong penetration, the effect is very significant, in order to better ensure privacy at home.

Far from condensation
Vacuum glass has a super performance of insulating viticulture and staying temperature. In cold winter, even if the outdoor temperature drops to 130 C, the temperature of indoor glass surface is similar to that of room temperature, far higher than condensation temperature, which can effectively maintain the visual field clarity.
